Issues and Ideas

Stephanie Schaefer ’11, a recent Holy Cross graduate, who now works for "JCK Magazine' in New York, explains how her poetry courses as an English major taught her valuable skills for the business world in a post for  'Engage The Blog.'

'No matter what type of content we create,' writes Schaefer. 'Like poets, we must condense our language, speak in a unique voice, and subtly, yet powerfully, convey our theme.'

This 'Holy Cross in the News item' is by Sara Bovat '14.
