Consortium Gerontology Studies Program Subject of 'Worcester: Academically Speaking' Show on Feb. 26

Tune in to WTAG 580 AM on Feb. 26, at 7:30 a.m. to hear about the Consortium Gerontology Studies Program. The program’s coordinator, Judy Gardner Ainlay, discusses the 25-year-old program with Paul Bruno, show host, Professor Andrew Futterman of the College of the Holy Cross, and Keegan Hoey a recent graduate of the program who is now a guardianship case manager at Jewish Family Services of Worcester.  CGSP is unique in that it is a collaboration of four colleges (Holy Cross, Worcester State, Assumption and Clark University) that seeks to meet the growing need for persons educated to work with and for the elderly. The radio program, "Worcester: Academically Speaking" airs on WTAG each Sunday morning from 7:30 to 8 a.m. Sponsored by the Community Relations Committee of the Colleges of Worcester Consortium, it features faculty members who talk about their fields of research and study.
