WHY SHE CHOSE TANZANIA "Living in a different country and experiencing that community’s culture while conducting scientific research has been one of my biggest dreams. So, I am very excited that I will finally get to experience this dream in Tanzania, one of the most iconic locations for wildlife! I can’t wait to meet new people, immerse myself in the culture and experience the wildlife Tanzania has to offer."

WHAT SHE’S MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO "I am very excited to go on multiple safaris and visit some of the world’s most famous national parks including Serengeti National Park. I am also looking forward to learning more about African culture, wildlife management and conservation as they relate to the human-wildlife conflict in Tanzania."

WHY SHE’S BLOGGING "I am very excited to share and document all my amazing experiences and I want to take anyone interested, including current and prospective Holy Cross students and families along with me for the ride. I am motivated to reflect on my experiences, not take every day for granted and most importantly take lots of pictures of all the wildlife and adventures that I will be a part of."
