WORCESTER, Mass. – Acclaimed poet B.H. Fairchild will give a poetry reading on Monday, October 6 at 7 p.m. in the Dinand Library Browsing Room at Holy Cross. The reading is free and open to the public.
B.H. Fairchild is the author of four highly acclaimed books of poetry including The Arrival of the Future, Local Knowledge, and The Art of the Lathe, which was a finalist for the National Book Award. His most recent book, Early Occult Memory Systems of the Lower Midwest, was recently awarded the National Book Critics Award. Fairchild has also been a winner of the Kingsley Tufts Award and the William Carlos Williams Award.
