WORCESTER, Mass. – Brian Jones, an organist, will perform in a concert of the great organ works of Johann Sebastian Bach on Sunday, March 21 at 3 p.m., in the St. Joseph Memorial Chapel at Holy Cross, at 3 p.m.
Jones is director of music at Trinity Church, in Copley Square, Boston. For more than 25 years, he served as the director of the Dedham Choral Society. A graduate of the Oberlin Conservatory, he is a former prize winner in the St. Alban's Organ Competition in England. He has performed in concerts in the United States, Bermuda, and England. He has also performed in all-Bach concerts at Trinity Church and at the Busch-Reisinger Museum, at Harvard University.
This performance is held in honor of what would be Bach's 314th birthday. Admission is free and open to the public.
