In a FOX 25 “Fight for Pink” feature story, Jacqueline Peterson, vice president for student affairs and dean of students at the College of the Holy Cross, talks about her battle with Triple Negative Breast Cancer, a rare form of breast cancer typically resistant to treatment
Now cancer free, Peterson credits her recovery to her early detection, dedication to her faith, and support from family, friends, and co-workers.
“Everyday might not be good but there is something good in everyday,” read Peterson from one of the many letters and cards she had received during her fight.
