Recognizing that students stay up late studying during finals period, administrators at the College of the Holy Cross volunteer each semester to serve the scholars breakfast late into the night.
The menu includes scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage links, assorted bagels, Belgian waffles and topping bar, assorted juices and nightly specials.
The first of the five events will kick off May 7 following the Community Mass at St. Joseph Chapel. Kimball Dining Hall will open at 10 p.m. and administrators, donning aprons, will serve until midnight.
