In a story about colleges with the highest graduation rates, Timothy Austin, vice president for academic affairs and dean of the College of the Holy Cross, talks about the College"s 98.1% graduation rate and how graduating in four years is a part of the students’ culture.

"Students here don't call themselves freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors," he said. "They call themselves class of [graduation year]. So right from the get-go they are targeting that date when they are going to cross the stage together."
