Two College of the Holy Cross students, Nathan Manna "21 and Stephanie McCrary '20, were awarded Juror's Prizes in this year's 16th Annual College Art Show at the ArtsWorcester gallery, an annual competition featuring students from local area colleges.
Honorable mentions were also awarded to Murphy Grady '20, a studio art major with a minor in art history, and Emma Waligory '20, an English major with a minor in studio art. Nine additional Holy Cross students were invited to exhibit their work in the show.
The organization received more than 260 submissions this year, featuring traditional and new media, including sculpture, video, print, painting and photography. More than 70 were selected and judged by Lynne Cooney, artistic director and chief curator of the Boston University Art Galleries.
The 16th Annual ArtsWorcester College Show will be on display at ArtsWorcester's Aurora Gallery until March 7, 2020.
